Gas-pumping units (GPU) series "Ural" is intended for reconstruction of existing and equipping of newly constructed shops, compressor stations (CS) of gas pipelines, booster compressor stations (BCS), underground gas storage (UGS). LLC "Iskra-Neftegaz" manufactures and supplies HPA capacity from 4 to 25 MW. Preparation of HPA production capacity of 32 MW. The units are delivered to the Customer using functionally complete units of high factory readiness. The size and weight of the blocks allow transportation HPA all types of land and water transport and installation on site using mobile lifting mechanisms, a universal tool. HPA depending on the capacity and the desire of the customer can be equipped with gas turbine units (GTU) on the basis of aircraft or marine engines domestic and import production. Types and manufacturers of the compressors used are determined by the purpose of the unit and the desired characteristics. Units series "Ural" on customer's compressors are equipped with: - "oil" seals "oil" bearings; - "dry" seals and "oil" bearings; - "dry" seals and magnetic suspension of the rotor. Currently used dry gas seals firms "John crane-Iskra" (Russia, Perm), John Crane (UK), "John Crane Japan" (Japan), NPF "grace-Engineering" (Ukraine), PTP "Samaragazenergoremont" (Russia, Samara), "Burgman" (Germany), electromagnetic bearings production NPP "VNIIEM" (Russia, Moscow), "S2M" (France), "Waukesha" (USA). The function of control, issuance and execution of commands are used by the control systems msku-4510, msku-5000-01 development and production of JSC "System-Service" (Russia, Moscow S-Petersburg), "Algostar" joint Russian-American enterprise JSC "System-Gas" (Russia, St.-Petersburg), "Metso Automation" (Finland), low-voltage complete devices of Russian production from imported components from Siemens, General Electric (USA). Support GCP: installation supervision and commissioning; warranty services; maintenance; engineering support operation; training and provision of training materials; provision of maintenance and repair documentation; planning and organization of production of the spare parts, tools and accessories; the formation and direction of teams of experts for the most complex operations on maintenance and repair; the condition maintenance (life time extension).
